Kieran,
Thanks for all your help. I feel I am almost there but, this font issue. I get this error:
Font 'ASGotham-Thin' is not available to the JVM.
I am on Lion and I googled for info on the 'default' path for the JVM and came up with /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachine
I am getting a headache.
