I just found that the Apache group who do a FTP server also have a SSH server available. I did a quick test, and it's perfect because you can set it on any port, it's light, you provide your own authenticator, you can only allow SCP so that nobody can run commands, and it will solve the permission problems since any files that will be copied with the same user that wotaskd is running with.
