Hi Ron,
sudo ln -s /path/to/your/eclipse_parent_folder/eclipse/plugins/org.objectstyle.wolips.woproject.ant_3.7.20120723.28/lib/woproject.jar /usr/share/ant/lib/woproject.jar
should do it.
