looks ok to me.
a few things to try:
- did you pump up the priority to ensure there is not another rule with the same or greater specificity.
- did you try to make the rule more specific than simply pageconfig and property key?
rule firing is not one of the easiest things to figure out with D2W, tons of rules can get lost in there.
