Model Frameworks and Library Conflict Question

I have two frameworks. Each has its own model.

FrameworkModel1
FrameworkModel2

In order for me to see the models I have to import the other's framework.

This then causes a red explanation point error. Because they are referring to each other.
How do I get around this?
