As I am thinking the user will be limited to Hours and half hours, i.e.: 12:00 or 12:30, I was thinking of using popups. I want to limit the users ability to put in bad data. If they can only choose from a popup, they can not input an error that I have to validate and give good error messages to.
I guess I am just being lazy.
