Ah, what the heck. I uploaded the RPM for Monitor here:
http://packages.wocommunity.org/CentOS/5/noarch/
and the HTTP adaptor here:
http://packages.wocommunity.org/CentOS/5/x86_64/
Spec files:

If you wish to try to build it yourself with the spec files, you need grab the tar ball for my Wonder fork:
wget https://github.com/pascalrobert/wonder/archive/rpm_builds.tar.gz
and put it in the SOURCES directory of your RPM directory structure.
