Path for wosid cookie

Is there a Wonder-ish way of having the session id cookie path set with "/" rather than "/cgi-bin/WebObjects/App.woa"?

If not, does anyone see a danger in making it so myself?  There ABSOLUTELY will not be any other WebObjects apps deployed on the host.
