https vs. http

  • Subject: https vs. http

I have an application level property that switches on SSL for protected pages.

Therefore, if a DA or component subclasses one of my secure
DA/component classes, then automagically, there is a redirect to SSL.
It works.

However, any resources are not sent via SSL. Therefore, I end up with
annoying IE6 pop-ups asking for permission to load a mixed page of
secure and non-secure elements.

Is there a clever way of handling static resources via SSL in this way?

Mark
