Which version of Eclipse and WOLips? Most of the crashes were fixed in WOLips 3.7, so if you are on 3.6 or earlier, try to move to Eclipse and WOLips 3.7.

The other thing you can try is to create a new workspace and move your projects to that new workspace, I have seen fu**ed workspaces a couple of times over the years.

However, when I go to save, about 50% of the time, Eclipse will just freeze and go into SPOD. I've not been able to determine any specific set of actions that causes this to happen. I've tried opening/closing components, changing focus before saving, etc. Nothing seems to stand out as a cause.
