Wonder install problems again. Root ?

Hello -
I installed and built Wonder from Git, Golips, and git'd my projects and imported them into Eclipse workspace.
However, Eclipse can't seem to find the Wonder frameworks. I ran the sudo ant frameworks.install but it only built them into the Roots directory.
I then changed Eclipse preferences to point User Frameworks to the Roots directory. Still can't seem to find the frameworks.
What am I missing?
