ERTags and any CAPS: Fail

Ok -

I decided to convert my tags to uppercase and then add a normalizer to do it going forward.

Well nothing would make the normalizer work and all tags that had a Capital letter weren't found
and then it tried to add it again causing my errors.

I guess you have to have tags in all lowercase.
