Funny thing, I moved from Google Apps to CGP (Community Edition) :-) The one I love the most is Zimbra, but it's a bit overkill for 4 users.
I moved away from Google Apps because of that "don't display my own emails problem", their CalDAV implementation is really stupid (extra calendars, even if you are the owner, shows up as delegates, no tasks support) and their ActiveSync is not perfect.
