Sell cool stuff? :-) Something like a list of helpful Wonder properties on a coffee mug. Or a picture of Chuck and Dave eating a boars head perhaps? Tear off desk calendar with an interesting WO tip for every day of the year...
As for getting stuff done… make it a contest? Make a WOCommunity score board. People vote for work they'd like to see done. Whoever does the work gets as many points as that thing had votes. After a year, the winner get's free tickets to WOWODC, a community membership, and commit privileges! :-D
