Petition the new boss to APSL the rest of WO 5.4.3.  We've already got JavaWOExtensions, JavaMonitor, wotaskd, and the web server adaptor code.  The whole thing would be nice, but I only count 8 core frameworks that we really need, 14 if you count java client.
