I merged a good chunk of the commits made in "integration" to "master". Tags were also added, so the pre-merge code is tagged as wonder-5.4.3, minor commits are part of wonder-5.4.4, and major commits are part of wonder-5.5.0. The major commits are the Ajax framework update + adding the MooTools framework and the MySQLExpression class.
And no, 5.5.0 doesn't mean that it's WebObjects 5.5… I started with 5.4.3 for the tags because the Maven artifacts were at 5.4.1, 5.4.2 and 5.4.3, so I followed what Maven already had.
