We talked about it months ago, so I updated my pull request based on the feedback I got:

Be aware that it will be done in a '"Wonder 6.0" release.

Adding a Archives folder to store obsolete (read: old and almost nobody is using them) frameworks and examples.
The following frameworks have been moved to Archives:
- YUI
- Validity
- JavaRESTAdaptor
- ERWorkerChannel
- AjaxLook
- ERIUI
- ERCaching
- ERDivaLook
- ERDivaliteLook
The following examples have been moved to Archives:
- YUIExample
- ERIUIExample
- ERDivaLookExample
- JavaRESTAdaptorExample
- ERDivaliteExample
- DRGroupingTest
- DevStudio
- dynareporting
- AjaxLookExample
- validity
- EROpenIDExample
Those projects won't be build by default. You will need to run 'ant archives.frameworks' or 'ant archives.examples' to build them.
