2. in Properties as MODELNAME.URL ETC
3. in Properties as GLOBAL . URL ETC
4. in Properties.dev as MODELNAME.URL ETC
5. in Properties.dev as GLOBAL . URL ETC
6 in Properties.USERNAME etc
7. in Framework Properties ( does Properties.dev work in frameworks?)
