David,
go to this URL:

i set it up to auto populate the login credentials.
click on any level1 menu item on the left. (Agenda)
notice the level2 menu items are displayed at the end of the list of level1 items.
The person doing the css has asked what I can do to help him target the level2 item so they will display with the level1 item.
Does this make sense?
