Something happened with my eclipse and rulemodeler. In the past if I started eclipse then rulemodeler I would get a connection and updates to my rules file would show up in my running app.
It's broken and I don't know what I did to break it.
what could have shut off to lose this connection? it's been working fine on this installation for over a year (maybe two).
