What is the best practices for modifying WOnder?

All,

I now have the ERJGroupsSynchronizer framework in my workspace, and would like to build it as my internal version of the framework.

I have Jenkins installed, and it can successfully build WOnder.

What do people usually do? Fork GIT? Copy changes directly into the workspace for Jenkins? Something else?

I'm not terribly familiar with GIT - so I might be missing a simple approach - like maybe linking both places to the same internal repository...

Thanks,
Ken
