yea, this is it. my css guy wanted a better solution to hacking and slamming in an overlay. I was hoping I could figure out how to use a AjaxModalDialog as that would do better here.
I also don't like that when I click to edit or create, it refreshes the page. many times my user will have to scroll the page up to find the place on the page to edit.
so I guess I have to learn about adding a ajax update container to the parent, then create a modal dialog and update the container on close.
i wonder if is already done somewhere?
