Are you embedding all your frameworks? Also, put your other libraries in Libraries.

Then you can also check the class path of the server on startup.

I have found that my application doesn't find a zip file, but I don't know wich.
Where can I find this information ? and  is it possible to obtain more information on the boot sequence of the application start ?
