It's "ERRest Application". And it will only appears if you are in the WOLips perspective.

Don't use WOLips 3.7 with Juno. If you want something that will install Eclipse correctly, please use Golipse. http://www.wocommunity.org/documents/tools/Golipse.app_latest.zip
