Eclipse not seeing file changes.

Hi,

Since reinstalling my laptop with a clean install of OS X mavericks I’ve been having problems with eclipse not seeing file changes on the system.  I use a second editor for javascript/css and photoshop for images.  And whenever I change those files eclipse doesn’t seem to see the changes.

In my eclipse settings under general -> workspace I have the checkbox checked for Refresh using native hooks for polling.

Anybody else seeing this problem?  Or better yet have a fix?

Using Eclipse IDE for java developers 3.7 Indigo Service Release 2 .  Just installed WOLips so should be current.
