unfortunately, there are not enough people using these frameworks.
I submitted a patche ($446) a little while ago, as well there is a conversation on the list with a title "create new to-many objects in d2w"
if you add a new relation and then click the remove button the app will crash (pull request #316)
i am happy to see others starting to use these frameworks. they really need to be exercised.

I started out just trying to add some embedded components to an existing project. I'm adding a new section that is strict D2W so I have a hodgepodge of my own components that add some styling to the components from ERDirectToWeb to it to make the UI consistent.
After using the embedded components I realized that going part way was not far enough.
