Thanks for the advice everyone. We decided to live on the edge and go with 4.3, and four days into it everything seems to be working fine. Even *suspiciously* fine—the 5 guys did a complete Windows installation of WO/Wonder in about half an hour. I half expected to spend the entire day figuring out installation problems.
