Looks like that mirror don't have a copy of Eclipse 3.8.2:

< HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

> I downloaded the Learning the Wonders preview pdf book. I'm going through the automatic install instructions. After Golipse was downloaded I unzipped it and ran the Golipse app.  Per the book I have a directory call "Development" with a subfolder named "Tools". I told Golipse to install eclipse into the "Tools" directory, but it fails. Here are the results:
