In the event someone else hits this... the special magic was this rule:

0 : *true* => typeAheadSearchTemplate = "*@@searchValue@@*" [com.webobjects.directtoweb.Assignment]

Hi,

I have a component that is very similar to ERMD2WEditToOneTypeAhead and I'm having trouble with the qualifier it produces.  For some reason it is not wrapping the search value with the '%' on when building the SQL _expression_.

I'm using the H2 database and the sample ERMoviesLogic framework.  Is there some kind of special magic you need to set in a properties file or something to get it add the percentages to each side of the search string?

Thanks in advance,

Johnny
