ERAttachment and D2W

Is there any kind of example out there that shows ERAttachment in a D2W app?

I have an Entity, Article.  I want to store pdfs so I created a to-many to an entity PDF. PDF has a to-One to thePDF (destination ERAttachmet, Source Attribute thePDFID)

Is there a specific component I should use for the Article.pdfs attribute?

My idea is to allow the user to upload many pdfs and capture a little meta data on each one.

At first I thought I had an idea of where to go, but now I feel I am just flailing around.
