d2w attachment rule?

Is there a way to rulify a target = “_blank” in the ERD2WWEditAttachment component?

I would like to have the downloaded pdf open in a new window. I realize that I can clone ERD2WEditAttachment but I thought I would ask if it could be done with a rule.
