ERFileAttachment and garbage files

Hi list,

Is there anyone who has a simple solution to this problem:

I have a component with a ERAttachmentUpload-component. When the user selects a file, and presses cancel (or backtracks out of the component). The file is created in the store, but not referenced (since the ERAttachment wasn't saved).

I now have a file with no reference!

How do I deal with this problem?
