Just FYI, there is an extremely helpful HashCodeBuilder class that
makes it very easy to do the right thing here in the Commons Lang code.
It is new as of version 2.6, but that is what we have in ERJars.

We are often actually using ERXEOOrQualifier and such, yes?

I can look at it, but if anyone else gets to it first, more power to
ya.
