Something like /Wonder/Frameworks/EOF/ERChangeNotificationJMS or Wonder/Frameworks/EOF/ERJGroupsSynchronizer/ would be worth considering.

But I also need to provide some administration of the database rows and for those changes to be propagated across the apps so that they are available to the EditingContexts/EOs so that the all post searches draw from updated objects.
Is there a Framework or strategy that can help with that?
