Hi Pascal,

Looks like the WOCommunity build server is down at the moment.  Is this easy to fix?

hudson.util.HudsonFailedToLoad: org.jvnet.hudson.reactor.ReactorException: java.io.IOException: Jenkins is unable to create /var/lib/jenkins/plugins
Perhaps its security privilege is insufficient
