Or pass -L in the curl arguments:
curl -L -o /etc/yum.repos.d/wocommunity.repo https://raw.github.com/wocommunity/wonder/master/Utilities/Linux/wocommunity.repo

Hi Paul,
It looks like the github URL in the guide now redirects to "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wocommunity/wonder/master/Utilities/Linux/wocommunity.repo";. Try that one on step 2.
