how to migrate using mod_proxy?

  • Subject: how to migrate using mod_proxy?

All:

As others have noted, Yosemite upgrade has broken deployment using mod_WebObjects.so compiled for web server 2.2.

After reviewing some threads here I have tried migrating using mod_proxy with no success on a test machine.

Although I get the message “JavaMonitor has migrated your WebObjects Applications deployment successfully” the promised http-webobjects.conf file is nowhere to be found and none of the other config files including apache.conf or my web site config file is altered by this action. Therefore, I infer the migration has failed. I can only assume I have not filled out the configuration form under the migration tab correctly. Or maybe the migration has worked and I just don’t know where to look for the alterations. Or maybe I have the wrong version of WOMonitor?

Can anyone point me to some help documentation for how this is supposed to work or provide an example of a successful migration?

Any help in this regard gratefully accepted.

Thanks,

Tom Woteki aka Dr. Wo
