Fabian,
I just did and the file seems to be OK:
/Users/fdonadio/Projects/WonderSource/Frameworks/D2W/ERModernLook/build/ERModernLook.framework/Resources/d2w.d2wmodel
... opens in RuleModeler perfectly.
