woframework vs jar packaging in maven

Hi all,

I’m wondering what the difference is between woframework and jar packaging when using maven. I seem to get a jar either way. The only difference I can see is a META-INF directory in the jar packaging. Are these two basically interchangeable?

Thanks,

Ramsey
