Yeah, that whole thing with the WONDER build version possibly being the issue for the app not launching in Yosemite … FO-GEDA-BOUD-ID! (forget about it!)
In the end, it was because the project was in a folder whose name contained spaces!!!!! And I didn’t even really describe to you guys what the original behavior was — it was OutOfMemory error due to resource manager looking for server.wssd file starting from /Applications and partly getting caught in recursive symlinks mainly found in Adobe folders! … CRAY! (as in CRAZY!)
So, mental note: NO DIRECTORIES WITH SPACES IN THE NAME!!!!!

ps. In the end, using Java 1.6 (for now) on Yosemite with the WONDER build 11943.
pps. Now, I wish someone would explain to me some GIT craziness — my changes are getting LOST! … I’ll post that next if it happens again
