Unfortunately that did not help. I still get my app buit without bootstrap.jar and I don’t get it installed into /Library/WebObjects/Applications as it used to be.

1. My approach has been to simply make ~/Library/wobuild.properties a symlink to wolips.properties like:
wobuild.properties@ -> Application Support/WOLips/wolips.properties
This way, only 1 file has to be maintained.
