Install VMWare ESXi on those Mac Mini, and install whatever you want (CentOS, Ubuntu, OS X, Windows) inside virtual machines.

Objet : deployment options???

In the past I would download and install Centos on a local box to use as a WO web server. I always have an extra mac mini hanging around and now that the company I work for is so small, I have extra machines. Lo and behold I can no longer simple download the current Centos and install it on my mini. At least I haven’t found a simple solution.

I want to create a deployment machine and then clone the drive so I can pass the cloned image to a friend to install.

So the Long and short of it is, what are others using to deploy?

Ted
