It turns out that entering anything in the Eclipse WOLips preferences solves the problem.
Now I cannot undo my email for outing myself.
Here is hoping it can be unseen
Thanks.

So I decided to give WebObjects on Windows 10 a spin. Eclipse is just so much better on windows. After I completed the initial setup, I noticed that I could not "Run as WOApplication". I get the error:
You do not have a "wo.system.root" property set in your wolips.properties file.
Basically WOLips under Windows does behave differently than on Linux for example, where I did not have to mess around with that property file.
Anyone had WOLips +maven running on windows?
Thanks.
