We’ve been deploying on 64-bit EC2 instances (running Amazon Linux) for years now with no issues. Probably the only thing you’ll need is a mod_WebObjects.so compiled for the architecture, and I can confirm that building this from Wonder source on Amazon Linux is completely straightforward.
