IMHO those services have always been a little on the expensive side. We should migrate them to any of the companies that have now offered to do it for free (ours included).
I looked at the used disk space, and half of it is used by Jenkins artefacts. I think we could move Jenkins to someone’s else server, and migrating the wiki and the recordings to a Linode 4 host, to decrease the cost from 109$ to 40$.
