Installing WOLips in Eclipse Neon (4.6.2)

Hello everybody (I hope someone is still listening),
when trying to install WOLips like described here https://github.com/wocommunity/wolips I get the following error message:
Unable to read repository at http://jenkins.wocommunity.org/job/WOLips44/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/temp/dist/content.xml.
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
Obviously the certificate has expired 30 days ago.
Is someone around here able to fix this?
