Hi Leigh,
Myself and my team have lots of experience writing OAuth servers, clients, and
otherwise working with the protocol. Though we are not in Toronto area (can
travel of course) and we prefer Bootique.io to Spring (which may also be a good
option for you if you are not too deep into Spring yet).
