Hy,

There could be some Prototypes-JQuery-Conflicts if you are using Bootstrap3.

But they could be solved as described here: http://www.softec.lu/site/DevelopersCorner/BootstrapPrototypeConflict

But this is just necessary if you are also using Bootstrap.

We’ve been using JQuery in WebObjects projects for years with very few issues, mixed right in with Ajax.framework and Prototype. We have some custom picker components based on these:

http://jonthornton.github.com/jquery-timepicker/

When you’re setting up these components on the page, call:

jQuery.noConflict();

and then avoid using the ‘$’ shortcut.
