Thanks. Oftentimes the last lines in the log file are:
[date] <Session Timeout Thread> <pa.app.Application>: refusing new clients and
below min active session threshold
[date] <Session Timeout Thread> <pa.app.Application>: about to terminate...
Sometimes (less frequently) the last lines in the log are just regular user
activity and we don't see the logs above.

and what do the logs show just prior to the issue? maybe you want to increase
the log level to capture more detail.
