JDBC adaptor on RHEL 7

Hi all,

I'm deploying an application on a RHEL 7 server. I seem to be having a problem opening a channel to the database. Running the same application on my MacBook I can connect to the database on the server. Is there an issue using the JavaJDBCadaptor on RHEL 7 ? Should I switch to the mariadb adaptor ?
